(2)PACKING. We take great care in the packaging of each order. When we pack an order for shipment, we pack the order as though we were sending it to a best friend because this is how we view our customers. The materials we use in packing a order vary depending upon the item (popcorn, air bags, etc.). We would never stuff an item in a box or envelope without proper packaging materials.
(3)SHIPPING. The method of shipping is USPS. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout time and the rate is determined by the destination.
(4)SHIPPING TIME. Most items will be shipped within one or two days after the payment has been cleared. However, should weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances intervene we will try to stay in touch with you through email and let you know as soon as we have shipped your item.
(5)ITEM DESCRIPTIONS. We earnestly strive to provide you with an accurate description of each item we list; however should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. E-mail is checked daily and often more than once. We always try to be prompt in answering e-mails.
(6)PAYMENT. Our methods of payment are Google-Checkout and PayPal. Please note that an account is not required to use PayPal.
(7)RETURNS & REFUNDS. Please read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. We sincerely want each customer to be happy with their purchase and do offer a full refund, minus shipping cost. To qualify for the refund the item must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
